Educational Qualification (শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা)
Applicants must have passed the Matriculation or 10th class in the 10+2 examination system from a recognized Board with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate (excluding additional subjects) and an ITI Pass certificate in Related Trade granted by the NCVT / SCVT.

How To Apply (কিভাবে আবেদন করবেন)
Follow the following steps for submission of the online application:
- First, check the eligibility from the Official Notification.
- Then click on the Apply Online Link given below or visit the website: https://iroams.com/rrcser/ and www.rrcser.co.in.
- Fill out the application form carefully. The particulars like the Name, Date of Birth, etc must match with the same that have been recorded in the Matriculation certificate.
- Upload the required documents.
- Pay Application Fees.
- After successful completion of the transaction, take a print of the e-receipt.
- After the final submission, take a printout of the filled-in online Application Form.
The printout needs to be brought along at the time of Document Verification to establish the proof of having applied.
The candidates are required to indicate their mobile numbers and valid e-mail IDs which need to be kept active over the entire process of selection since communication for further selection processes will be made through these media.
Applicants are required to upload their color photograph, not more than 3 months old, at the space provided in the online Application Form. The scanned photo should be in the JPG/JPEG format and within the specified file size as mentioned in the Application Form.
The candidates should also keep 3-4 copies of the same photograph for future purposes.

Selection Procedure (নির্বাচন পদ্ধতি)
The selection of candidates will be on the basis of the merit list. Shortlisted candidates, thus enlisted in respective trades, will be called for document verification to the extent of 1.5 times of the notified vacancies.
A final merit list will be prepared trade-wise, and community-wise equal to the number of slots in the descending order of the percentage of marks obtained by the candidate.
Candidates finally enlisted would be subject to document verification of original testimonials and being found fit in appropriate medical examination.
